1. What GETFROMTR does

GETFROMTR acts as a sourcing and procurement partner, identifying, verifying and managing manufacturers in Turkey on behalf of international buyers. We are not the manufacturer, and we do not guarantee any specific manufacturer's output — we manage the process on your behalf with reasonable skill and care.

2. Sourcing requests and quotations

Submitting a sourcing request does not create a binding order. Quotations shared with you are indicative until confirmed in writing by the relevant manufacturer, and are subject to change based on final specification, volume and timelines.

3. Fees

Where GETFROMTR charges a sourcing fee, commission or procurement management fee, this will be agreed with you in writing before work begins on your project. We do not charge hidden fees.

4. Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the specifications, quantities and requirements you provide, and for confirming compliance with any regulatory or safety standards that apply to your market.

5. Limitation of liability

GETFROMTR is not liable for losses arising from a manufacturer's failure to perform, except to the extent caused by our own negligence in the verification or management process we were engaged to provide.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to GETFROMTR's place of business, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your own country.
