When you submit a sourcing request, create an account, or contact us, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, company name, business email, phone number, country, and details about the product you want to source (category, description, quantity, target price, uploaded files).

We also collect standard technical data automatically — IP address, browser type, and pages visited — to keep the site secure and understand how it's used.

To respond to sourcing requests and match you with relevant manufacturers.

To manage your account, if you create one, and the sourcing projects linked to it.

To send you updates about a request or project you've submitted — never unrelated marketing without your consent.

To improve the site and diagnose issues.

Manufacturer details you submit are shared only with GETFROMTR's internal sourcing team, not published or sold. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

We may share limited project information with a shortlisted manufacturer once you've approved moving forward with an RFQ — never before.

We use standard infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) who process data on our behalf under their own confidentiality obligations.

We keep sourcing request and account data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to fulfil a project. You can request deletion at any time.
